Who designs the banners?
Our AI design team produces the master and the full set from your brief and brand assets, and every file is checked against the platform spec before you receive it. That is why turnaround is fast and the price is fixed per package.
What do I need to send?
The message, the offer, the audience, the platforms, and your brand assets: logo, colours and fonts, or a link to a brand guide. A landing page URL helps us match the look.
When do I pay?
When you approve the master design. Until then, nothing is produced beyond the master, and you can ask for changes within your revision rounds.
What if a platform changes its sizes?
We deliver to the spec current on the day of delivery, and the format list on this page states the month it was checked.
Can you translate our banners into other languages?
Yes. Add a language to any package, or send us an existing set to adapt. We translate the copy, you approve the wording before anything is rendered, and every size is laid out again so the longer words still fit.
We are an agency. Can we order for our clients?
Yes. Send one brief per client. The files carry no bannerty branding, so you can hand them over as your own work.
Do you upload the ads to our accounts?
No. You receive the files and upload them yourself, or hand them to whoever runs your campaigns.
Can I make my own banners instead?
